Document listing known bugs in Thorium or Chromium that will affect usability. Fixed bugs will have a FIXED tag with the date it was fixed and the rest in strikethrough. Discoverers will have their name at the end.

Nov. 21, Loading PDFs crashes the browser, will be disabling Ink for now to see if it resolves the issue. This has been a bug for a couple of versions now. - Me

Nov. 21, Pulseaudio does not work behind a proxy in a chroot, I.E. in crouton on ChromiumOS. Removing Pulseaudio patch did not resolve the issue. - Pierro78 on Reddit
