Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm frustrated with fancy thumbnails and clickbait-wormy titles. Also, time is a valuable thing and it should not be wasted with advertisements.

Integration with DeArrow and SponsorBlock. Both configurable in settings and video's page.

you just need to install extensions:

native support would be nice tho...

but note there are issues for both. DeArrow significantly slows down the loading time and SponsorBlock inserts errors
