Pull request description:
This PR adds the `Flags` enum to the `ArgsManager` class. Also the `m_flags` member is added to the `Arg` struct. Flags denote an allowed type of an arg value and special hints.
This PR is only a refactoring and does not change behavior.

Using Qt Creator as IDE
You can use Qt Creator as an IDE. This is especially useful if you want to change
the UI layout.
Download and install the community edition of Qt Creator.
Uncheck everything except Qt Creator during the installation process.
