fa7ca182a9 ci: Print inner env (MarcoFalke)

Pull request description:

  The outer env is printed when the `/tmp/env-$USER-$CONTAINER_NAME` is created. There is also a separate env printed when building the container image (usually with default values).

  To confirm that the inner container env is correctly derived from the outer env, and not from the default build env, print it a third time.

ci: Remove hardcoded CCACHE_DIR in cirrus
This makes it easier to overwrite the value.

Also, drop the dot in the CCACHE_DIR fallback value, because the folder
in the scratch dir does not need and probably should not be hidden.

ci: move CMake into base packages
This is already used in multiple CIs, and will soon become a requirement
for most CIs, i.e when we migrate depends packages to use CMake, for
example:
https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/21778#issuecomment-1885576324.

Some of the CIs in 21778 are failing because CMake isn't available, so
just break this out and make CMake globally available.

ci: Reduce use of bash -c
It is confusing to treat commands as a single string. This change is
also required to support paths and strings with spaces in them in the
future.

This requires replacing TEST_RUNNER_ENV with a global export, because it
no longer works. See:

```bash
$ export ENV="A=1" && $ENV ls
bash: A=1: command not found...
```

Or in the CI task:

+ DIR_UNIT_TEST_DATA=/ci_container_base/ci/scratch/qa-assets/unit_test_data/
+ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/ci_container_base/depends/i686-pc-linux-gnu/lib
+ BITCOIND=bitcoin-node make -j10 check VERBOSE=1

ci: Fix macOS-cross SDK rsync
This should fix the macOS-cross build on Cirrus CI containers.

Locally this was already working, because the SDK was cached in
/ci_container_base/ in the image, which is also the folder used for a
later CI run.

However, on Cirrus CI, when using an image *and* a custom BASE_ROOT_DIR,
the SDK will not be found in /ci_base_install/, nor in BASE_ROOT_DIR.

Fix this by normalizing *all* folders to /ci_container_base/.

ci: Use documented CCACHE_MAXSIZE instead of CCACHE_SIZE
This change aims to:
1) Remove our own `CCACHE_SIZE` environment variable that violates
Ccache's `CCACHE_*` namespace.
2) Introduce the `CCACHE_MAXSIZE` environment variable that is
documented since v3.3, which makes its usage consistent with other ones,
such as `CCACHE_DIR` and `CCACHE_NOHASHDIR`.

ci: remove RUN_SECURITY_TESTS
We no-longer run any security/syymbol checks in the CI, and doubt we
will in future (if we do, it'll be via Guix, where this var would be
redundant in any case). The CI environment doesn't (exactly) match the
release build environment (and is semi-regularly changing), and the
binaries produced in the CI don't match how we build release binaries,
so there is no point trying to run these checks, especially as we add
more involved tests, i.e #26953.

Merge #18677: Multiprocess build support
e2bab2aa16 multiprocess: add multiprocess travis configuration (Russell Yanofsky)
603fd6a2e7 depends: add MULTIPROCESS depends option (Russell Yanofsky)
5d1377b52b build: multiprocess autotools changes (Russell Yanofsky)

Pull request description:

  This PR is part of the [process separation project](https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/projects/10).

  ---

  This PR consists of build changes only. It adds an `--enable-multiprocess` autoconf option (off by default and marked experimental), that builds new `bitcoin-node` and `bitcoin-gui` binaries. These currently function the same as existing `bitcoind` and `bitcoin-qt` binaries, but are extended in #10102 with IPC features to execute node, wallet, and gui functions in separate processes.

  In addition to adding the `--enable-multiprocess` config flag, it also adds a depends package and autoconf rules to build with the [libmultiprocess](https://github.com/chaincodelabs/libmultiprocess) library, and it adds new travis configuration to exercise the build code and run functional tests with the new binaries.

  The changes in this PR were originally part of #10102 but were moved into #16367 to be able to develop and review the multiprocess build changes independently of the code changes. #16367 was briefly merged and then reverted in #18588. Only change since #16367 has been dropping the `native_boost.mk` depends package which was pointed out to be no longer necessary in https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/16367#issuecomment-596484337 and https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/18588#pullrequestreview-391765649

Merge #18798: ci: Fix default retry script usage
45615de26c ci: Fix default retry script usage (Hennadii Stepanov)

Pull request description:

  On master (5352d14b37) `CI_RETRY_EXE=${CI_RETRY_EXE:retry}` works as a [Substring Expansion](https://www.gnu.org/software/bash/manual/html_node/Shell-Parameter-Expansion.html), and that is wrong.
  If `CI_RETRY_EXE` variable was unset initially, its new value becomes an empty string, but not "retry" as one could expect. Consequently, the `${CI_RETRY_EXE} ...` command does _not_ use `ci/retry/retry` script.

  This PR makes for `CI_RETRY_EXE` variable a usual parameter expansion, i.e., `${parameter:-word}`.
