Carl Dong	f100687566	kernel: Use ComputeUTXOStats in validation ... This is the "fruit of our labor" for this patchset. ChainstateManager::PopulateAndValidateSnapshot can now directly call ComputeUTXOStats(...). Our consensus engine is now fully decoupled from all indices.
