The recent requests table will allow you to copy data points even if they do not exist.
This PR implements checks to disable the 'copy label', 'copy message', and 'copy amount' context menu action if the respective fields are empty.
Currently, the only way to copy the address of a payment request is to double-click on the payment request and then click on the copy address button. This commit adds a convenient context menu action to copy the address of a payment request.
In Qt 5 the last column resizing with dragging its left edge works
out-of-the-box.
The current TableViewLastColumnResizingFixer implementation could put
the last column content out of the view port and confuse a user.
When Enter or Return is pressed the default button will be always
clicked. All buttons can always be clicked from the keyboard by pressing
spacebar when the button has focus.
When a CWallet doesn't have a ScriptPubKeyMan for the requested type
in GetNewDestination, give a meaningful error. Also handle this in
Qt which did not do anything with errors.
Replace by privateKeysDisabled method to avoid need for GUI to reference
internal wallet flags.
Also remove adjacent WalletModel canGetAddresses wrapper that serves no purpose
and make Wallet::canGetAddresses non-const so it can be implemented by IPC
classes in #10102.
Whenever the keypool changes (new keys generated, new seed set,
keypool runs out, etc.), notify the GUI that the keypool has changed. The
receive button can then be enabled and disabled as necessary.

It avoids unnecessary coupling of httpserver/jsonrpc and the wallet as well as it avoids pointer pure passing (and pointer deletion) of `CWallet` (plus other minor design changes).
Additionally it adds the wallet name to the sendconfirmation and request dialog (in case multiwallet is active)

None of these are very serious, and are leaks in objects that are
created at most one time.
In most cases this means properly using the QObject parent hierarchy,
except for BanTablePriv/PeerTablePriv which are not QObject,
so use a std::unique_ptr instead.
Introduce a PlatformStyle to handle platform-specific customization of
the UI.
This replaces 'scicon', as well as #ifdefs to determine whether to place
icons on buttons.
The selected PlatformStyle defaults to the platform that the application
was compiled on, but can be overridden from the command line with
`-uiplatform=<x>`.
Also fixes the warning from #6328.
QT_NO_KEYWORDS prevents Qt from defining the `foreach`, `signals`,
`slots` and `emit` macros.
Avoid overlap between Qt macros and boost - for example #undef hackiness
in #6421.
