2221c8814d depends: Update libmultiprocess library before converting to subtree 
This should be the final update to the libmultiprocess package via the depends
system. It brings in the libmultiprocess cmake changes from
https://github.com/chaincodelabs/libmultiprocess/pull/136 needed to support
building as subtree. After this, a followup PR will add libmultiprocess as a
git subtree and depends will just use the git subtree instead of hardcoding its
own version hash.

Since there have been libmultiprocess API changes since the last update, this
commit also updates bitcoin code to be compatible with them.

This update brings in the following changes:

4da20434d4 depends: Update libmultiprocess library for CustomMessage function and ThreadContext bugfix 
The CustomMessage functions allow simplifying custom IPC type code, and the
bugfix is needed to prevent in a crash in a new test which creates and destroys
connections in a loop. Upstream PRs are:

b8105b3ed7 depends: Update libmultiprocess library to fix C++20 macos build error 
Fixes #29248

The std::result_of type was removed in c++20, but was being referenced in some
old, unused code in the library. The issue was fixed in:

build: Update libmultiprocess library 
Replacing `install` with `install-lib` and `install-bin` is not strictly
necessary just to update the library, but it takes advantage of recent
changes in the new version, and makes the build more minimal.

build: specify cmake build dir for multiprocess depends build 
When no build dir is specified, cmake will warn:
```bash
Preprocessing libmultiprocess...
Configuring libmultiprocess...
CMake Warning:
  No source or binary directory provided.  Both will be assumed to be the
  same as the current working directory, but note that this warning will
  become a fatal error in future CMake releases.
```

It's unclear if this will actually ever become an error, but it's also easy
enough to just supply the directory, and save this maybe breaking in
future.
