e7ad4a2f8c doc: rename wallet-tool references to bitcoin-wallet (Wilson Ccasihue S)

Pull request description:

  Fix. text reference to executable bitcoin-wallet instead of wallet-tool, there is not a wallet-tool at bin/ folder.
