coinstats: Fix hash_serialized2 calculation (Fabian Jahr) Pull request description: Closes #28675 The last commit demonstrates that theStack's analysis [here](https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/28675#issuecomment-1770389468) seems to be correct.
