[fuzz] Make peeking through FuzzedSock::Recv fuzzer friendly

FuzzedSock only supports peeking at one byte at a time, which is not
fuzzer friendly when trying to receive long data.

Fix this by supporting peek data of arbitrary length instead of only one
byte.
