I've taken the liberty of reviving PR https://github.com/cemu-project/Cemu/pull/94 that got closed (he's still credited in this commit) and reworked it with some things that I wanted to improve regardless.

I'm only really able to test SteamOS 3.0, Ubuntu 20.04 and Manjaro, so let me know if anyone has any additional suggestions or notes about certain distros.
