[Feature Request] Add a way to hide menubar #1059

It would be nice to add an option so we can hide menubar even in non fullscreen mode.

This could be a menubar checkbox under options menu, ticking it would display a popup window to inform user that the menubar can be enabled back with a defined keyboard shortcut. Could be something like ctrl+alt+m.

I'm using windowed mode to stream from my local windows machine to my steam deck because when a game is loaded the image is way too bright (probably related to steam link/remote play).

This does not occur in windowed mode.

Having the menubar always shown in windowed mode is a bit annoying

So i did fork Cemu to remove the menu bar and ... Image now is too bright even in windowed mode.

Again i think steam window capture is to blame here, but i'm note sure since this occurs only with Cemu. I'll open a separate issue.

Keeping this one open cause i think this might still be an interesting feature for some people.
