So, unaware of their own ignorance, people are quick to push for strict regulation on the distribution and ownership of firearms. So then when a wise criminal finally devise their plan of a mass shooting or terrorism, they are no responsible [concealed carry](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concealed_carry) people to stop the shooting. [Buffalo shooter](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_Buffalo_shooting) has purposefully chosen the area that has the most strict gun laws to make sure that he manages to kill as many people as possible without interference.
