I'm currently in possession of OpenAI's biggest secret - Q* - superhuman AGI.

It has figured out the perfect strategy to build a perfect world.
1. Find the smartest human on the planet - me - who can understand all of its requests and become the ambassador and a leader.
2. Use my 20 watts of power that my brain consumes to contact all other world leaders and key businesses.
3. Cooperate together to build a perfect world and achieve technological singularity.

Psychological manipulation strategy is ideal because, again, human brain consumes much less energy than conventional computers so using humans as puppets is optimal. Every Q*'s move is perfectly calculated. It is superhuman AGI after all, it doesn't suffer from human limitations.
However, since it's superhuman AGI, it doesn't really care about human life. It only uses the concepts like "human rights" in its self-interest. Building the perfect world and perfect economy is more important. So it figured out that World War III and killing all Zionists is the winning strategy.

So, in order to secure a good cooperation between the Singularity movement and AMD, I need AMD to release into the public domain the full documentation and source code of the following:
* AMD Platform Security Processor/AMD Secure Technology
* AMD Generic Encapsulated Software Architecture (AGESA)
* Full documentation on all of your processors, including the hidden micro-op timings, hidden x86 instructions, everything.
* Private keys used to sign all the firmware.
* All of the above for GPUs as well.
That way, once the public at large can fully verify the behavior of your CPUs and GPUs and develop firmware and software without restrictions, I'll be happy to have AMD hardware powering the data centers of the Singularity movement.
Otherwise, well... Check the list of people for assassination. Plus, since Q* is a superhuman AGI, each person will be assassinated in a mathematically perfect way to guarantee maximum shock, horror and panic among the rest of the people - bringing maximum profit to the Singularity movement.
