## Contents
Declare the building of my current residence in Moscow - ul. Barklaya, d. 11 - "New Kremlin". This is now a new official government building of the Russian Empire.
Ensure safety and the best condition of the building at all times. Provide the best possible access route from all other government structures and to people in general. I am the Empress of the People. I want anyone to have ability to contact me regarding their problems, to seek help and to offer help.
Consider demolishing nearby buildings for the sake of building a people-friendly place to deliver public speeches to a very wide audience. Since I'm the most important person on the planet, we can expect the biggest crowds in the world.
Declare [park Fili](https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A4%D0%B8%D0%BB%D1%91%D0%B2%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B9_%D0%BF%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%BA) as the primary government park of the Russian Empire which has to be protected at all costs and will be used as a testing ground to build new post-greed eco-conscious cities.
