Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
I have accidentally clicked the links in the footer mid-upload, killing the upload, so I had to re-upload from the beginning.

Clicking on the links in the footer should always force those links to open in a new tab,
AND
after upload has begun, clicking on those links in the footer should trigger a confirmation box to leave the page, similar to the confirmation box that is displayed when a form is partially filled and you click on some link on the same page.
