getting this error

audio append of 162488b failed for segment #0 in playlist 0-placeholder-uri-AUDIO-audio-Original

on top of that, it is preceded by the loop where video plays for 1 second, and it refreshes losing the buffer and resets by blipping.

the issue happens on 95% of videos always in the same sequence:

  1. video plays 1 second, then it stops
  2. blip/flash occurs on video player (not the whole page) and sometimes this loops 2-3 times
  3. audio error appears

switching to Medium 720p profile resolves it and all videos are playable just fine so this is again a DASH error of some other kind
