[Enhancement] Increase playback speed modifier to 4x #406

Playback speed limit to 2x requires addon installation to increase it, leading to, in my estimination based on vid recs, easier cross devices identification and potential browser vulnerability.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement option to gradually increase the playback speed up to at least 4x. It seems yt itself now makes this available to paying customers.
Ideally this option would also allow to set the increase rate manually, like from 0.25 to 0.1 or anything else.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Having used non proxied apps like freetube, newpipe, pipepipe etc. this feature is out there, yet not in connection with invidious anymore since most instances dropped the api functionality some years ago.

Additional context

The smallest addon out for FF that has worked flawlessly for years, even after no updates for 5, is https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/videospeed/ , so maybe some code could be useful?
