Describe the bug

Upon trying to watch a video on Proxied HD720, I noticed I kept on getting an error stating the stream could not be loaded or played. I tried without the proxy box checked, but I encountered the same error.

I tried without the proxy box checked, but I encountered the same error. **Steps to Reproduce** <!-- Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Go to https://inv.nadeko.net/ (It does not matter if you choose proxied HD720 or not). 2. Click on any video 3. Click on any backend except 4. 4. See error: __The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not _supported._ **Additional context** Started happening since around 6:00am MST (may have been earlier, but that's when I encountered the errors).

is it? just tested https://inv.nadeko.net/feed/trending?type=Music&region=KR and half is playable on Backend4. the other half errors out on B4. (to be exact from 20 videos there B4 managed to play 4)

B1, B2 and B3 are all dead.

switching to DASH all backends work. (sadly, DASH stands for SHIT and pre-buffering can't keep up with 4x+ video speeds on 720p preset)

Yes, this issue in particular is fixed. About HK videos, I don't have any idea but youtube returns 403 on some of those videos. Probably because of regional blocking or because some videos are blocked if you watch them with a VPN ip.

I'm insanely retard sorry, YOU WERE RIGHT, THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DON'T TEST PROPERLY.

I pushed that yesterday in the morning so my brain was kinda dead so I didn't test HD720 at all.
