Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
There seems to be this issue when the video plays on a specific player, the autoplay feature does not work.
This always happens to me when I play a playlist of music and the player changes from the normal black one to the white large one.
This is the player that breaks the autoplay for me:
The playlist plays normally, switching songs/videos, then when a video decides to switch to this player, the video ends and autoplay does not work. It does not go to the next video in the playlist.
It is hard to replicate this because each server gives the video a different player, sometimes playlist play for a long time on auto play, but sometimes the video uses this white player and then stops autoplay after the video.
Try going on a playlist of some sort and change servers until the video plays with a white player (sometimes the video wont play on the white player on command, go to the next video and repeat), go to the end of the video and then see that the autoplay stops working. Its a balance of diff videos with diff servers, you will end up finding this player.

It would be nice to get this resolved so that autoplay that you choose in the settings applies to this player too. The random stop of a video in a playlist that is meant to play continuously can get annoying, especially when it's a music playlist in the background.
And honestly that player I never liked using and some may agree that an option could be just to remove it as a whole, but I'm not up to speed on the coding side of Invidious, just a greatful user, lol.
Thank you so much for developing this Invidious instance, I have been relying on it daily for all my video and music needs. And always appreciate the quick fixes when youtube decides to block Inv Instances.
Forgot to add, you can see that the white player stops at the end (2:23 / 2:23), where the other player would quickly play the next video.
Autoplay Not Workingto [Bug] Autoplay Not WorkingI'm pretty sure this is because the invidious player (the black one) doesn't load for whatever reason, so your browser loads it's own player (the white one), which doesn't support autoplay.
Interesting, seems like in that case there is no way to prevent it....
I use inv through Brave, and on linux, if that helps, if not thanks for letting me know.
