I cannot reproduce on a new account nor in incognito mode.

Do F12 > Network Tab > Filter by comment > Select Type Fetch/XHR > Full refresh ( Ctrl + Shift + R )

lol, my bad indeed. but upon closer examination, the issue was on my end (sorry)

I had ublock filter: !nadeko.net##p:nth-of-type(2). removing it, it unhidden all the comments. thx.
