Due to 6587528ed9
The list of proxies only contain Clearnet URLs. If I wanted to support i2p on all the backends I would need to install I2PD on the external proxies to spread the load.

Tor is fine but it connects via clearnet to the external proxies. That is not really a big deal. Thanks Tor design!
