sorry for deleting wrong domain (similar names). privacydev.net rate limiting always. nitter.space serving text ads on ads.js so it's ok with rules.

On the website for Tiekoetter services, https://www.tiekoetter.com/en/services/, it says that the resource is not found for nitter.tiekoetter.com, which means that the instance doesn't exist anymore. compare with invidious.tiekoetter.com which also has a "resource not found" and is not listed in https://uptime.invidious.io/. So removed nitter.tiekoetter.com from the list
